RECONSTRUCTED... FOR YOUR LISTENING PLEASURE Japanese Edition |
Originally released in the UK as the soundtrack to the Art of Noise* DVD Into Vision
on Super Audio CD, this new edition comprises of a standard stereo CD and a DVD Audio with both
stereo & 5.1 surround sound mixes. Sadly the stereo mix to the Into Vision DVD wasn't included in this set. The audio is based on
recordings made during the Art of Noise's 1999/2000 tour where they played
almost the entire The Seduction Of Claude Debussy album live. If you have the SACD edition, then there is nothing new here as no extra tracks have been added to this release. When originally released this was the third album in a row with variations of the same work starting with The Seduction Of Claude Debussy, followed by Reduction and finally this, Reconstructed... For Your Listening Pleasure. Although taken from live recordings, boredom sets in very quickly as the SOCD period has been bled dry.
As with the previous mini-LP releases in this series, this set will make a nice addition to the collectors out there.
