CD One: Moments In Love is inaccurately marked on this release as previously unreleased on CD. • Beat Box (Diversion Ten) was originally titled Beat Box (Diversion Six) on the 1984 7" single Beat Box (Diversions Six and Seven) [ZTIS 108]. It's B-side, Beat Box (Diversion Seven) is listed on this releases as Close (To The Edit). The actual Close (To The Edit) 7" [ZTPS 01] is a shortened version of the track included here with a duration of 3:52, the American single [7-99754] has similar running time to Beat Box (Diversion Seven) of 4:10 but is edited from the (Who's Afraid Of?) The Art Of Noise! album version. Images of the mastertapes for the scrapped album Worship show that the b-side track Beat Box (Diversion Seven) was retitled to Close (To The Edit). • Legs was mastered from vinyl with the the intro from another source from the In Visible Silence album version replacing that of the 7" version, probably to give a cleaner sound, although it is noticeable as the two intros are slightly different • Paranoimia (The Paranoid Mix) was also mastered from vinyl as when this compilation album was being compiled the masters to it and for Legs were though to be lost. The masters for both of those tracks were found and released on the deluxe edition of In Visible Silence in 2017 • Apart from the North American single, Dragnet (Art of Noise 7" Mix) a.k.a. Dragnet (Dragnet March/Danger Ahead) was not the actual A-side, but the B-side (AA-side in the UK) to Dragnet (Arthur Baker 7" Mix). Ode To Don Jose is not the version that appeared on two 12" singles: No Nonsense and Kiss (AoN Mix). Instead the In•No•Sense? Nonsense! album version has been used. • (Theme From) The Krypton Factor is a mono mix, a stereo version was found and then mixed by Gary Langan for the deluxe edition of In•No•Sense? Nonsense! released in 2018 as Galleons Of Crusoe •Something Is Missing was originally released as Dreaming: Colour Green (Brothers in Rhythm via Art of Noise*) on the 1999 Japanese edition of The Seduction Of Claude Debussy even though it is listed here as a previously unreleased track •Un Tendre Et  Triste Regret is not listed. • Composer/publisher credit errors: Dragnet (Art of Noise 7" Mix) is listed as being written by Dudley/Jeczalik/Scumann and has the incorrect sound recording copyright date of ℗ 1988 China Records Ltd., courtest of Warner Music UK. Ode To Don Jose is subscribed as published by Warner Bros.
